Over the years, I have written about the proficiencies that distinguish elite Advisors. They have the persistence it takes to turn a particular talent into a skill and a skill into a habit. Not everyone has the patience that demands. They have developed their listening skills, their marketing skills and their ability to create and maintain long-term relationships. They have the ability to focus on their priorities, those activities that create revenue. The longer I watch elite Advisors, the more apparent their determination to get better at what they do.
