The estimate is that less than 10% of New Year's resolutions are actually achieved. That’s according to University of Scranton Psychology Professor John C. Norcross, Ph.D.
Why is that? Is it even worth setting resolutions? Why do we set them only at New Year’s? Why not set them in the middle of the summer?
